The size of each Couture Keepsake is 4.5 inches length by 3.5 inches width, about palm size.

Can I order 5 of one style and 5 of another for the minimum purchase of 10?
No. The minimum order of each Couture Keepsakes style is 10.

Do each of the Couture Keepsakes come assembled?
Yes.  Each Couture Keepsake comes fully assembled with its own miniature wooden hanger, clothespin and special personalized message tag. Each keepsake comes filled with pre-packaged white Kosher Parve candy covered Jordan Almonds. Once received, there is no assembly work for you to do!

Will the candy covered Jordan Almonds melt in the hot weather months once mailed out?
No. Since the Jordan Almonds are candy covered and pre-packaged in poly bags, they will not melt.

Can I substitute the white Jordan Almonds for another candy or treat?
Yes. We can offer substitutions for a minimal fee, please call or email us. Another option is to replace the Jordan Almonds with other treats once you receive your order.

Do you make Custom Couture Keepsakes for customers?
Yes. If you have your own ideas, a theme in your nursery, or a theme for your party, we can work with you to make your Custom Couture Keepsakes a reality. The minimum order of each Custom Couture Keepsakes order style is 20.

Can I place my order for Couture Keepsakes and receive the message tags at a later date?
Yes. We will process and ship your order. Once your message tag details are known, email the information to us and allow 5 business days to receive your message tags by mail.

How many lines of text can the message tag have and what size is the message tag?
The message tag can have many lines of text and the size of the message tag varies depending on the amount of text and font size.

Can I specify font type and color for the message tag?
Yes. Once your order is placed you can send us via email the exact wording, font type and color as you would like it to appear on the message tag.

Will a proof of the message tag be sent to me via email?
Yes. A proof for final approval will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order and email specifying exact personalized message.

Do envelopes come with the Couture Keepsakes announcements, invitations, and thank you notes?
No. White paper bubble mailers with self seal can be purchased from our online store along with the Couture Keepsakes birth announcements. These envelopes are ideal to use for Couture Keepsakes announcements, invitations, and thank you notes being mailed.

Do you send samples of Couture Keepsakes?
Yes. Once your order is placed a sample will be sent to you if requested.
